Antique Motorcycle Restorations
1973 Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police
After being taken out of service from the AZ Highway patrol in 1980, this bike was purchased at the police auction in Tucson. Soon after, it was wrecked and subsequently disassembled. After 40 yrs. in pieces, I was given the privelege of putting it back on the road. Not exactly original, but built to suit me. This one is a keeper!
1973 Moto Guzzi V7 Sport
Rescued from a Local back yard, this machine came to me in pieces. A lot of work went into this one, but it's now back on the road where it belongs.
1972 Moto Guzzi Eldorado
This bike was a Craigslist find. A long road from "found" to "finished", but it's back on the road and has a happy new caretaker.
1973 Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police Bike
I was given the privilege of bringing this bike back to like new condition after years of neglect. A ground up restoration suitable for show or for the open road.
1974 Harley Davidson FLH
Found in a storage shed in MN. This bike was purchased from the original owner who could no longer ride.
1973 Moto Guzzi Eldorado
1971 Moto Guzzi Ambassador Resto Mod
Pieced back together after 30 yrs. of sitting in boxes. A gift from a father to his son. Far from "orignal" but a fun build.
1978 Kawasaki KZ1000 LTD
This machine came to me after 20 yrs. of sitting neglected. The original owners had me restore it so it could be passed along to their grandson. A lot of work went into this one, but now it's back on the road where it belongs.

Machining and Fabrication
Cylinder Head Repair
The exhaust nut threads on this Moto Guzzi head were damaged beyond use. I made and installed a threaded sleeve, saving the head from the scrap heap.
Ducati Engine Case Repair
The kickstarter shaft bushing on this Ducati single was damaged beyond use.
We welded the case, machined the hole, and made and installed a new bushing.
Gas tank restoration
A lot of work was required to save this tank from the scrap heap. In order to salvage the chrome side panels, the tank needed to be cut apart, replated and welded back together to recreate a "correct" Guzzi tank.
